Freight damage report

Report visible or concealed damage, shortages, or missing freight.

Before signing: document all visible damage and shortages on the BOL / POD.

Photograph the shipment and labels, retain all packaging and damaged items, and call 844-343-3667. Do not repair or install damaged products pending instructions. Report concealed damage as soon as discovered.

Check what is complete. An unchecked item does not prevent you from reporting.

Shipment and crates inspected at delivery, when safely possible. Visible damage / shortage specifically noted on BOL / POD before signing. Driver informed of visible damage or refused freight. Copy or photo of signed / noted BOL or POD saved. Photos taken of shipment, labels, damaged packaging, and product damage. Packaging, foam, crates, straps, and damaged items retained. Damaged products have not been repaired or installed.
